These terms apply when you use MagicWritesBack ([legal entity name to be confirmed], Singapore). By using the site, you agree to them.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over and the parent or guardian of the child whose letter you post. Children must not use the site themselves.
What MagicWritesBack is
A way for a child’s paper letter to receive a reply from Santa. MagicWritesBack uses AI to read the letter and draft a reply. You review what was understood and approve, edit or regenerate the reply before your child sees it. You are responsible for deciding whether a reply is right for your child.
Replies are written by AI and can contain mistakes. MagicWritesBack is not a counselling, medical or emergency service. If a child may be in danger, contact emergency services.
Using it fairly
- Only post letters written by your own child, or a child in your care.
- Don’t post photos of people, or anything illegal, harmful or offensive.
- Don’t try to misuse, overload or get around the limits of the service.
We may limit or stop access if these terms are broken.
Presents and promises
Santa’s letters never promise particular presents, and nothing in a reply is a promise by MagicWritesBack or a commitment on your behalf.
Your child’s letter and Santa’s reply
Your child’s letter belongs to your family. You may print, save and share Santa’s reply for personal, non-commercial use. The MagicWritesBack name, letter designs and artwork belong to us.
Free service and paid letters
Digital letters are free. Real mailed letters are not yet available; joining the waitlist doesn’t commit you to buy anything. Separate terms will apply to paid products.
Availability and liability
We provide MagicWritesBack “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses arising from its use. [Liability wording to be confirmed by legal review.]

Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
